The client service is not very reactive. I have received a broken candle and complained. No answer after 96 hours. This was for Christmas. I am disappointed. I will not buy from them again.

I really like the scents but the candles only smell when you don’t burn them! Once they are lit it just fills the room with a burned wick smell and none of the perfume.
It’s such a shame as the diffusers are great and I wish I had bought a load of them instead.

Immediately reversing transactions with no communication because you can't properly manage your stock is wild.

Attempting to buy a present and thankful I'll never have to interact with this business again

Just go to your local market and buy an artisan candle guys, there's literally nothing to it and these guys obviously don't want your money.

They do an offer but every time they do the stock is immediately out of stock or they send old stock with no scent . Super disappointed - won't buy again - going back to St Eval which is lovely

Ordering process very user friendly, web site is easy to navigate. Wide variety of quality products to choose from. Delivery is speedy and turns up on time. Great company to order from.

Website is well laid out with nice images and descriptions of the products - all of which look and sounds lovely. It would be helpful if reviews were arranged by product rather than a streaming mix - easier to match.

My diffuser was dispatched quickly and has just arrived. It looks very stylish (Indian Sandalwood) so I look forward to using it.

I have purchased the Nordic Cedar candle on a number of occasions. I simply love the scent of cedar, cinnamon, pepper & bergamot. It is incredibly fresh and calming & really does give you the feeling of being immersed in a snowy Nordic forest!
The candles are beautifully made and have a great burn time. I’ve had no dreaded tunnelling!
I’m keen to use sustainable products that are good for our planet - and Aery will be my go to for candles because of this 😊

Exquisite fragrances, long lasting and natural smelling. In particular the bath salts envelopes the home, body and mind! I keep coming back for more! Delivery is always fast and reliable with courteous emails to keep you in the loop. Love everything about Aery and looking forward to trying every scent!

The Product is great and the scheduled delivery date was very quick. Unfortunately DPD did not attempt a delivery ( even though they stated they did) and delivery was therefore delayed as we had to collect from a depot.
It’s a shame about DPD as would have given a 5* Review

Fab products, great delivery service

The delivery was incredibly fast and arrived in recyclable packaging which was good to see. The candles smell divine, I bought two Parisian rose candles as Mother's day gifts and an Aztec Tuber rose candle for myself. The glass jars are gorgeous looking and were all in perfect condition. Incredibly pleased with my purchases!

This is my second time ordering from Aery. Honestly, these candles are amazing. I buy a lot of candles (very much an addiction problem) and these are by far up there with some of the best quality I have had over the years.
