Product quality great, courier less so
For the quality of the products, I would have given 5 stars. I had to remove a star because it took over a week from notification of delivery until I received the full order. I received a message from the courier every day for a week advising delays, and when I did receive my order it did not contain all the items I had ordered. I hasten to add, however, that when I contacted Aery to advise of this, they rectified the problem immediately and sent me the item I had ordered the very same day. I have now received my full order and love the items.

Horrendous packaging!
Horrendous packaging. Cork would not budge out of the top of the bottle and had to chip away at it until eventually the cork fell into the diffuser liquid and contaminated it with little fragments of cork. Had to decant the liquid into an old diffuser bottle from a different brand but unfortunately the liquid is full of little specks of cork and looks hideous. Would not recommend sadly.
