This is the slowest payment processors ever they will send you receipt and take their sweet time sending the money . Stay away .

Worst 3rd party pay method ever! Takes FOREVER to sign up your account and then when it does go through, you won't be able to make purchases. It will decline telling you do not have enough funds to pay. Even though that is not accurate.

Waste of time.
Garbage system.
Won't ever use again nor recommend to anyone!

Support is extremely slow, even when I contact them within their business hours, they say there is nobody available.

Cynthia is especially the worst. I have video proof of neglect and abuse. Please contact me for more info.

Aeropay is intentionally not resolving my issue so I cannot use my account that used their services to connect with my bank. Please do not connect your bank using them. As a processing service you would think they have customer service support. They don’t. Only way to contact is email. I have a had my account blocked for months because they don’t have any way other than email to be contacted or helped. If Apple sends a email a email to follow up with them then you know it’s been that long with no help at all. At this point I’m getting a lawyer. It’s has caused pain and suffering, hardships because I have money trapped in an account because of Aeropay negligence.

Have been trying to get support for greater than 10 days. No support. Have lost trust in Aeropay. Do not use.

Been trying to resolve issue with my account for weeks and can’t get any support at all, have reached out several times

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried using aeropay to place an order. It was declined. So the order never reached the vendor. I placed the order again and picked up my things and paid cash. So the vendor never even saw the transaction, yet aeropay is insisting they paid the vendor. They are harassing me and will not provide me proof that they paid the vendor. Aeropay needs to contact the vendor to get their money back. Not me. But there is no money to get back, so...........horrible horrible company with no way to get a resolution except email, which takes weeks to get a response

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They still are holding 9000 usd of mine hostage. The sending company approves withdrawal and Aeropay after a week of waiting declines it. Asks me to reconnect my bank 3 times and I’ve done successfully. They even sent me an email saying my account is enabled and in good standing. They send me back to other company trying to blame them without helping me.

Terrible. I've been trying to unlink bank and delete account for two weeks.

My account just stopped working after a year. Repeated contact w/chat has gotten no result. They say a ticket is in the system & yet no contact for over 2 weeks.

If you don't provide the exact format for verification they will block you from your account. I'm trying to change my phone number and provided the documents but because my utility bill doesn't have my new number they flat out refuse to change the number. Other companies have automated ways to change numbers but not here. If they don't adapt they will lose out on customers. Also, I've been back and forth with them for a month with no resolution.

Worst customer service ever! No matter what I’ve tried to get through I’ve never got a response back as I need to update my account information and they’ll never reply to you

There is a chat button on website for help, however always is inactive as it says nobody is there and it will not let you leave a message. Only option is to email but haven’t heard back at all. Got a receipt showing I was paid and it would hit my bank the next business day, 3 days later still no money in my bank. Dont withdrawal with Aeropay use anything else and you’ll have a better experience.

These POS individuals take money to help on posting for purchases. However they never ever post refunds they keep it. I now have had 2 refunds and have not received either. It has been some time so they have had the opportunity to disburse the money. And if you ask about it they get nasty. They do not care about giving your money back. It is a horrible experience

This is a real site. Fast and easy to use, knowing my credentials made it an even smoother process. I would definitely recommend this website to claim any transactions.

Been good so far

I frequently can’t use the service, even if I have twice the amount of the order in my account. I can only tip when I use the QR code in the store, and that is SO UNRELIABLE that I feel like I’ve won some sort of prize when it works. The inadequacies stand out as all other online payment services are seamless.

Easy to use. Quick. No hassle.
