I liked that they didn’t ‘sell’ me on a ton of extras. They measured, checked ductwork, and pointed out what mattered and what didn’t. The crew was careful around our designer finishes and cleaned up better than any contractor we’ve used. The new system runs quieter and the humidity feels more comfortable.
We replaced a 20+ year old system in Palm Springs and I was bracing for chaos. AERIA showed up on time, protected floors, and kept the work area clean the entire day. They walked me through options without pushing the most expensive one, and the final price matched the estimate. The house cooled faster immediately and the airflow is noticeably more even.
