This is DELICIOUS! So smooth and light.
I'm trying to save it for special occasions but it's very hard not to drizzle it on everything. Tastes like a holiday in Greece.

Delicious!!
We have a traditional restaurant in France and our chef discovered this delicious oil last year. It's perfect for his "Sauce Vierge" and all other salads etc. Can't imagine using anything else.

All you need is Aeithalis extra virgin olive oil and some bread, you will then be happy. Or replace the bread with a shot glass, it's that good.
