Charlotte Grayshon was dealing with my case. The case dealt with in a professional manner and very pleased with process of my claim. The only thing is that it has taken 4 years to settle claim, which I think is due to the Covid Pandemic. Otherwise extremely pleased with all the service provided.

Matthew Benson dealt with my case, he was very professional and fast. Patience isn't my strongest attribute but I learnt you have to be for these cases. The Defendants are the ones slowing it down. Everything was dealt with really well and explained fully. Seem a very capable and experienced company in general. Pretty much got the outcome I expected. Was glad to have Matthew at the helm.
