DO NOT TRUST THEM and do not use their services. They are scam artists! They will tell you anything you want to hear and not stick to any of it. They don’t care to ship your car- they just want to keep your deposit. THEY ARE LIARS.

I hired them to ship my car, I read in the contract that the date and price aren’t guaranteed, so I had them right special terms in the contract that if either changed, I had the right to void our agreement and get refunded. They agreed to this. They never found a driver and then tried to keep my deposit or pay a higher cancelation fee. They were rude, run of the mill scammers- literally yelled at me and told me if I want to go to court “it will be a long road for me”. They tried every dirty tactic to keep my money and wear me out. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Thank god I had those special terms- I refused either option and told them we can go to court.
They still pressured me and after realizing the legality of the situation refunded me.
Please for your sake- use a reliable company- this is not one.

Marcus R. was extremely professional and he provided a high level of service. Communication was excellent and pricing transparent. I ended up transporting a Jeep myself only as a result of having to be in the area where it was at. I will certainly use Aegis next time and have programmed Marcus’s number into my phone. (FYI - regular communication with Marcus from Aug.5 - 11)

Working with James Lee was a blessing. He was very attentive with my concerns with cost. James worked very hard to find me the best rate for several weeks. He was very patience in waiting on me to schedule this vehicle. He also understood my financial situation. Beside being very happy with Jame's work performance , he did a excellent job with communication. That is key in his position.

Pedro Diaz helped us with dispatch. Communication and service was on top!

Everything was as I expected. They did a very good job. I work with Pedro Diaz. Everything was up front and I got the delivery actually, before it was expected I would have no problem hiring them again if I ever need another transport. They were very dependable and you could count on what they said being the truth

Jeff Winston is the man to deal with , this industry can be overwhelming, and deceitful . Jeff was helpful and honest , our can made it to the destination for a fair price and we excellent driver.

Marcus with Aegis was great, communication was on point. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Fair price, although it did go a bit versus my original quote however this was out of the companies hands and I agreed to the final price in order to get the vehicle sooner than later.
Overall I am very satisifed with Aegis Auto Transport and would use them again.

I worked with Jeff Winston, he was amazing. After trying other shipping companies, i have to say aegis is way better. Jeff made sure i got a driver to pickup my vehicle and he followed all through till i had my vehicle delivered, ddnt just care only about the way, he was following at every step. I appreciate him so much.

It is exactly the scam that other one star reviews describe. quoted $800, on the day of the shipment they changed the price to $2800. Trustpilot is a useless source for information because this place has 4.4 stars.

They all give you a quote and the price has to change once they find a driver. It makes it frustrating but just wait it out until you get a price you can live with. I got my vehicle. This is just how these things work. Quote means nothing from any of these brokers. This guy had the best deal.

I have been working with Jeff. He provided competitive rate, follow up on time and provided all information needed on time. Good experience to work with Jeff.

Typical bait and switch. Ordered a car to be picked up for $235, paid a deposit. They said it would be picked up Thursday or Friday, Monday at the latest. Nothing. The following Thursday they said it'll be picked up today or tomorrow. Nothing. Following Monday they said they found a driver for $600. Then they just kept asking what i'd be willing to pay. I said just forget about it i'll go get it as it's only 2 hours away. So they said i owe them $175 for cancelling. Dealing with this for 3 weeks already and i'm going to just have to go get it myself, which i would have done 3 weeks ago if i had known this was going to be so much of a pain. You can see on their main Trustpilot profile that a bunch of fake reviews have been removed. That just means they weren't fake. Just comments the company wanted removed.

They called me 4 times to get my credit card- Then took my MONEY NEVER PICKED UP the Phone NEVER MOVED MY VEHICLE !! It’s been 5 months!! They are HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! -I HAVE THE RECEIPTS

The most stressful shipping experience I have ever had and the worse shipping experience one could ever get.

Was told my can would be shipped for $300, paid a deposit to confirm. Was given a bait and switch and told that I would then owe $1500 to ship my car. Once I tried to cancel, they tried to charge my card a $200 cancellation fee. Company is scamming people and it's truly unfortunate. Delt with their back and forth scam for almost a month. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

Overall process little longer but got my car shipped safely when no one is able to arrange driver Shaw helped me for my transportation
