Various issues
The receptionist was always busy so kept waiting in reception on several occasions. There are 2 spaces for receptionists so why not have 2 people working there.
Repair took over 2 weeks and it was only 1 damaged wing. Then, for some reason Enterprise Car Hire told me the car was ready when it wasn't so don't know how this mix up occurred.
Whenever you phone A D Williams you are 'treated' to a very long intro saying how wonderful they are and someone will answer in 5 mins, Always a 5 min wait which can turn into 30 or more minutes on hold! The intro should be discontinued as the longer you are kept on hold the more irate you become listening to this interminable message. Get the timing of how long customers can be expected to wait for someone to answer their call correct and not tell them it is 5 mins when it is clearly not.
Car had a scratch on bonnet when I collected it but in all fairness this was removed instantly. That was good service.

Waiting times for answering the telephone was frustrating as 5mins, 4mins, 3mins and then reverted back to 5Mins!?
, The mileage indicated on car damage pick up report was over 1000 miles less than on the actual car mileage indicator. When the car was returned the mileage would appear to be over 1000 whilst in the workshop for 7 days. The round trip was actually only 9 miles. The car is however brilliant and repaired again to its previous standard. It had been cleaned both inside and out. Everyone spoken to and met were very courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Car was sent in through my insurance, car was picked up and dropped off so that part of the service was good.
Wasn’t too happy when it was returned, I turned my car on and a warning sign came on which means I had to go out of my way and use fuel to go back to the garage to correct whatever was wrong.
Also quite a lazy job at cleaning the car the windows were still dirty 😕
All in all a 6/10

Throughout the process of dealing with the issues surrounding my insurance claim of 20/10/2021, AD Williams, were the only ones who supported the me the customer. They were polite, professional, honest, customer focused, trustworthy. Which, CANNOT be said for all other parties involved.

Car returned with nothing repaired adequately and additional damage
This garage was selected by my insurer. I had doubts based on other Google reviews, but I decided not to make a fuss about it, because I foolishly trusted my insurer to have been reasonably diligent in choosing garages that weren't terrible.
My car is 14 years old, but was in excellent condition both inside and out, except for the damage caused in the accident (which was not my fault). It went in with a large crack across the plastic above the radiator grille, and a small crack in the front bumper.
AD Williams told me that Mazda aren't taking orders for parts at the moment and it would take several months at least to get a replacement radiator grille and front bumper. I've subsequently called my local Mazda place and they've confirmed that this is rubbish and it would have taken around three weeks to order the parts in, and they're definitely taking orders.
AD Williams returned my car to me with the bumper crack untouched, and the radiator grille crack apparently glued together, with a missing part filled in with putty. It looks terrible, even worse than before, and I'm ashamed to drive it in its current state. To add insult to injury, they've badly chipped the paint on one of the doors, down to the metal, and left several scratches on both doors on that side. I can be certain the scratches are new because the car was just cleaned prior to being taken for repairs, and there was residue in the grooves of the scratches which could be rubbed off with a finger.
I don't want to let AD Williams near my car again and I'm in the process of arguing with my insurance about having a different garage fix the accident damage plus the additional damage caused by this garage.

I am very pleased with how well organised the whole process was and the quality of the work completed. My car was collected as arranged the accessor was a very friendly gentleman and made me feel relaxed about what he was doing and explained what would happen. Once the repair completed my car was delivered back to me in an excellent condition

another vehicle knocked my mirror of, they replaced the mirror but does not work electrically, also drivers mirror
does not fold back.
There was no work done on the car eventually they brought it back to me with 2 months of dirt on it & now they want me to pay Excess for work done
What work?? they just messed up my mirrors.
