My car went to Ad Williams through my Insurance company and I am glad it did. Everything form start to finish was efficient and the lady I dealt with on the phone (Linda) was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back quickly and ensured I had a hire car in the meantime. My car went there through my insurance company, came back the first time after several weeks with some parts not been refitted, 2nd time with a scuff and a chip and the steering wheel crooked and tracking out,3rd time wing rubbing on the door and the A/C leaking and faulty. And just noticed while cleaning it they’ve not prepped the front bumper and just sprayed over the pant chips!
Half arsed job had no silver on the truck before job looks awful number plate doesnt even sit properly gave it back with brakes needing repair even thiugh my insurance said it will be sorted whole job looks terrible

I was very impressed with the caring attitude shown during a very stressful time. I was told when my car was expected to be read, but also warned it might take longer. They also complained on my behalf when I had problems getting a replacement vehicle. Thank you. My car was delivered back to me clean and shiny
Carried out insurance repairs after a rear end collision, returned the car with tailgate light not working. When complaining woman told us it was a reflector ! Then insisted it never worked and couldn’t possibly have been damaged in the accident and refused to repair it. Rubbish service and very disappointing and stressful
The car was collected on 13th January and we got it back 24th February! I was informed it was due to Covid and Brexit, supply issues, waiting for parts to arrive. So not very impressed but understanding of the situation. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful so I don’t want to be too unpleasant but communication was non existent, phones were not answered very quickly. When I did get the car back the repairs were good, so no complaints there.
AD Williams were appointed repairers for my car which had been involved in a rear-end shunt.
They contacted me within a day of my claim being submitted to my insurers and were very helpful and honest in explaining how long it may take to complete the repair.
A date was arranged for collection of my vehicle and the drivers turned up at the appointed time.
They contacted me within 24 hours to advise on the extent of the damage and estimated 7 - 10 days for repair. Seven days later my car was fully repaired and returned to me in excellent condition.
The Staff at AD Williams was incredibly helpful and professional from the first contact to delivery of the repaired vehicle.

Car was collected and repaired in a timely manner. We were kept updated of the works progress and the car was returned, cleaned and looking like new.
