They have good service for its price

Unfortunately for me, a delivery driver drove into my parked van.
A long number of stressful days were eased when Peter and Jade from A.D Williams got involved.
Jade was always keeping me upto date with the progress reports and chasing the insurance assessors for me and Peter went out of his way to talk me through what normally happens and when.
Sadly, the vehicle was written off and even though I was away on holiday, Peter went out of his way to ensure my last few belongings were retrieved from the vehicle, thus removed any unnecessary stress for me.
Overall, I cannot fault A.D William's at all, in fact I can only praise them. They have been the most honest, straight forward and easy to deal with throughout this unfortunate situation.
Peter and Jade went well above what I would have expected and were a pleasure to deal with, unlike almost everybody else I have dealt with during this frustrating process. Stephanie from Acorn was also a pleasure to deal with.
Many thanks to all that made the process bearable, now all I need to do is find a new van..

Great service I received from AD Williams, great job on car and very friendly staff that I dealt with.

The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars was a little problem with the car when I got it back which was rectified they same day, but the actual paint job was first class.

My car was recently in for some paint work damage. They have done a near perfect colour matching job and the team were very friendly and welcoming. My only issue is that they whilst they did fully repair my bumper, they didn’t paint the smaller canard which also had some very minor paint damage (and was included in the overall job as this was put through insurance as third party was at fault). Not a huge issue as the area they missed is small and isn’t going to cause me to lose any sleep, however I would have appreciated being made aware that this wasn’t going to be painted before I collected the car. Overall, great service and a great team.

AD Williams fixed up my car perfectly after someone drove into the side of my car and it needed a whole new door. All parts were Audi approved and they have done a great job

Very kind and personable and concerned for our welfare as our car was written off and the staff were compassionate to our situation, understanding the trauma of the accident.

The only reason this is not 5* is due to the lack of communication in regard to updates. I was informed I would receive an email of works carried out which also was not done, so to this day I still don’t know what actually was done, but the car looks great!
Collected my car, were very friendly, happy to drop my car back after works completed which was also really convenient!

They picked the car up when requested and they dropped it back off when requested. Work is good as I can tell and looks like new again. Thank you very much.
