I have found their customer service to be excellent each time and work completed to a high standard.

The Horley workshop did a truly magnificent job restoring the body work on my Volvo saloon to make it as good as new, just from the factory. Not only that, but the work was undertaken speedily - with out my asking they gave my car priority status. Their quote was significantly lower than others I received and they gave me a discount for cash .Finally they offered to pick me up from home - almost 20 miles away - to collect my car. Fantastic value for top quality workmanship. I am recommending them to all my friends and contacts. Thanks so much.

Terrible body shop, avoid at all costs.
Don't bother raising anything to management, they let Simon Martin lie to DirectLine to avoid having to actually complete a repair and now we are left with a car that is not repaired.

Good service. Took my van in to have the rear doors repainted. Completed on time. Well done to Simon and his team.

Received my car back from AD Williams Copthorne and I am very impressed. They have fixed it well and liased with the insurance company completely and have been professional and efficient as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone else!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to make a ‘ salute’ after such a great experience with Simon and his team at AD williams ! They did an incredible job on our VW car - it even came back clean and sparkly inside and out!!

AD Williams were kind, thoughtful and efficient. I had gone over a 'ninja' bollard in a car park causing a bit of the bumper to be scraped away and they sorted my car our completely - insurance and all. It looked perfect afterwards. They also lent me a unicorn (courtesy car!) for interim travel. Hugely appreciated - staff were really friendly and polite.

Jay ensured that I was kept in the loop, meaning I felt confident that my repair was up to a high standard and he even stayed past his working hours to allow me to collect my car, so that I didn’t need to take time off work… thank you, Jay! I used AD Williams - Crawley last year and was extremely happy with the work that they did for me. I called upon their service once again last week and am delighted with the outcome. I am naturally "car proud"; the body work job was small but important to me that it was repaired to a factory finish. Simon the site manager was in regular contact with me and the repair was completed in days and to perfection. A big thank you to Simon and the Team. Highly recommended.

Friendly service and support.
Easy to change repair date du to unforseen circumstances.
Repair took a while longer than anticipated due to parts waiting time. But very satisfied with the result!
