Sistema simplesmente obsoleto, o básico não funciona, como p.e. pesquisar prestadores (parceiros), tenta-se falar com o apoio e simplesmente são robot (bastante limitados) em loop infinito, a enviar links para coisas que não funcionam.
Horrível, possivelmente o pior serviço de seguros em Portugal.

Muito cuidado, colonoscopias mais endoscopias com preço tabelado a 430 euros

Their live chat is only a robot, that sends faulty links and refuse to connect with real human. Avoid at all costs.

Serviços KNOK médico a casa e médicos remotos da advance care são, na maioria dos casos péssimos. Os médicos são distantes do paciente como uma pessoa. A médica online que me atendeu foi no mínimo desligada do meu problema, ele as duas consultas com o mesmo médico foram péssimas. Não demonstrou grande preocupações em solucionar o problema ou dar uma recomendação de tratamento contínuo. Para mim eu não vou usar mais este serviço garantidamente. Desilusão total…

After paying a lot of money every month, they nearly didn't pay for anything.
For example:
Emergency Appointment: I have to 40 Euros, they pay 5 Euros.
Normal Appointment: I pay 18,50, they pay 18 Euro.
Blood test: I pay 88 Euros, they pay 88 Euros.

This is what I got for paying 150 Euros per month for one year.

Péssimo serviço. Sou cliente há meses e até hoje não consegui usufruir dos benefícios do meu plano devido a problemas na plataforma informática. Nâo recomendo este serviço para ninguém e sou obrigado a usá-lo pois é credenciado a minha empresa.

Terrible insurance company.
I can’t recommend it to anyone.
A couple of times their servers were down, and I paid the full amount for the appointment, which was never reimbursed to me.
Not I need to undergo surgery, but the insurance, using the grace period (which lasts 1 year!), refuses to cover the operation. Despite the fact that I pay full insurance. It’s simply awful and a scam.

Infelizmente a minha empresa optou por esta seguradora. Demoram mais de uma semana para responder aos pedidos de reembolso. A app funciona horrivelmente mal, fazendo logout em algumas operações. As coberturas do seguro são ridículas e rejeitam grande parte das submissões. Nos sítios que suportam este seguro diretamente, a operação de pagamento raramente funciona.

New customer here, new contract just created some days ago. I pay and received the contract on my mailbox, but the only way to access AdvanceCare services is by logging in through the App or the Online profile (website). The problem is, to activate your profile, you need to receive a code on your mailbox. After 20 attempts both on the website as well as on the Application, I called the support line who just told me "yes there is a problem and the code is not sent", I asked, since when is there this problem and when will be solved?" He said, "yes there is a problem, just keep trying", giving me the impression this problem is not new and it is well known. I continued to try for 3 days and this never works. Conclusion: you pay an expensive sum to not have access to nothing due to a "bug" that nobody solves?????

My insurance was supposed to cover both Portugal and Spain. One weekend in Spain, that I had to go to the hospital for an emergency, called customer care that only works from monday to friday 9-5pm… found out on internet that have agreement with one of hospitals available to which I went. After returning, despite providing all necessary and asked information, I only faced problems and could never recover the money back: over 300€!

Poor network of agreed providers. Refuses virtually every reimbursement request without virtually any explanation or justification.
