Carmen was helpful and guided me thru the whole process I was treated with respect and kindness from the entire staff also the manager took time out to talk to me about the business and what it stood for

Although I believe getting reminders by text is great, most of the time I’m not able to get to the office until Saturday. The part I don’t like is getting the next text saying that I didn’t make the payment on time. To me, that is harassment since I always take care of my loan Religiously.
