someone did NOT prepare
someone did NOT prepare for rolling out new computer system & not having enough employees to show people, the non-Americans had an awful time using it

From va to the staff
The customer service from Donna and Vinnie is excellent. They are courteous and quick to demonstrate their knowledge of the business, including the rules and regulations. I trust them withy transactions and rely on them for reminders to pay back the loans. You guys rock

Exceptional customer service
Donna and Vinny are exceptional I have not used Advance America in 5 years, Donna made my experience very pleasant. She was wearing a grinch sweater that I absolutely loved as Christmas is one of my favorite holidays and I love the movie grinch. Very festive and fun. I hope you ladies have a great holiday.

Why so cheap check n go?
Things are noticeably better since last year...still cant figure out why there is only one girl on Fridays...Give the girls a break and put two people on Fridays. Why so cheap?

I have had the privilege of being helped by Vinny at the Diamond Hill Rd, Woonsocket, RI location. She is not only fast and efficient but she also has a welcoming attitude that immediately makes you feel at home. She has a great personality and is friendly to all your patrons. She is definitely a keeper.

Great Service
Service here is always friendly and curtious. They go out of my way to meet my request dates. Recently I showed up right at closing and they were nice enough to service me even though they did not have to!
