This company offers a great service
This company offers a great service. I have been able to pay off bills like crazy with this extra help. Service is simple and quick. The personnel couldn't be more helpful or nicer.

Best way to get a pay day loan!
It's so easy and fast whenever I need a pay day loan. I love that I can do all of it online, no need to go in, but if I do need to the staff at the westland michigan office an Warren rd has a fantastic staff. Always there to help me.

They make the process less painful I love going there the experience is very pleasant all the information is given to me clearly and I always leave with a clear understanding of what I have to do
I'm greated well they always offer water snacks and sanitize wipes to keep everything clean the ladies are always professional and in a good mood it's better than paying the rest of my bills overall a great experience no complaints

Advance America Review
The customer service is good however, I initially tried to repay on-line and there was an issue with Advance America's website so I had to go in the store to do so. I was told that I couldn't pay with my debit card I had to pay via cash. This was an inconvenience of my time. Not the fault of the employees but AA should be able to allow customers to initiate payment in either method/manner and identify customers not being at fault.
