Went to pick up cash loan only to find…
Went to pick up cash loan only to find out the office in Waterloo did not have cash and the more I talked to them the more I realized will never be able to give cash loans! Since bank was closed I had to go to another payday loan site to cash your check I might as well have just started with them. Very disappointed!

Not as good!
I've been with AA for many years and lately the service of getting a loan and other things have been much slower than before. In some cases less friendly. Maybe your company is getting too big for its customers!

Pay information
Each time someone applied for another loan, all pay information has to be deleted and re entered. It makes the process longer and frustrating to memorize the prior information. Otherwise it works well.

Continuing to be a needed resource
Continuing to be a needed resource. I been doing this online for a few months now it has been a lot easier to manage. So far things have been working smoothly. Thanks to the online borrowing I no longer need the drive time to get to the brick and mortar. I do miss the conversation with the tellers at the Waterloo IA store.

The process to get me back into the system was painless and I was able to get the funds deposited directly to my bank account where I needed it and didn't have to write a check.
