Actually I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences with your previous male supervisor. The lady who works there now is great. she’s patient she explains everything great and always has very positive energy especially in watching her deal with a couple of difficult customers. She’s great

Staff in the local Vacaville CA office are very friendly & outgoing. Flexible with adjusted payment dates and I don't fell negative ever! I fell like a person with them, not a loan or anything else.

Workers are great with their service esp the new Manager Israel,shame is the high % rates but who else is going to loan the money too us,you would even have more customers with a lower rate but that ain't happening,I see many folks need it esp us Seniors it gets us by the month,ok THXS for your services,I wish I could have a 1 month delay payment as Coronavirus is costing,I only get SSI and 1 month would really help and be a blessing THXS

No long application process. Staff was friendly and efficient in a timely manner. Staff did not discriminate against disability income applicants. I will recommend to people in a pinch or unexpected emergencies.
