Courtesy and Respect
Needing a cash advance because you've come up short for a bill is stressful and can be embarrassing. I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated and treated with courtesy and respect. The process was quick and easy and my anxiety soon turned into feeling like a valued customer. The woman that assisted me made sure to share information about the upcoming customer appreciation day and invited me to come back and celebrate. While no one ever wants to have to take advantage of cash advance services, I am glad to know that if I find myself in this situation again, I have a go to place to take care of my emergency needs.
