staff are helpful
staff are helpful, attentive and courteous. office environment is good and clean.
the main shortcoming is the high APRt and associated fees. the co. can say that it is competitive but there are cheaper places in the area. the recent increase is a real killer.

I really needed the help...
I really needed the help this past weekend and manager stayed to process my paperwork. It wasn't easy because I was in the system from over 10 years ago. But she worked to get me transferred over so she could finish processing me.

Had an excellent experience with Mrs. Judith. She was very helpful and made sure that I understood the loan process thoroughly. Did not have any complaints at all from this loan company. Will definitely recommend and will be returning if in any need of cash. Thank You Mrs. Judith!
