It is frustrating when you are there in person, and they choose to answer the phone and spend 5 minutes in a detailed conversation with the caller and leave you standing there. Very poor customer service!

I loved my experience, the woman that helped me was kind and she helped me even though I was not prepared and gave me very helpful info. I was very impressed with the customer service also the overall business and the services it offers. I live my experience 5/5.

This is my go to company for extra cash to get me through. Yes, the money is expensive, but with a solid budget and a plan you can avoid the revolving door of payday loans. Advance America helps me do that.
