Satisfied Customer - Long Standing Satisfaction
Very satisfied with the customer service representatives I've met whenever I visited in offices (9 mile/Telegraph) and (7 mile and Telegraph)..although I've been using online mostly these days..I don't drive as much lately although I can but I'm 69 years old now . the communication I receive from online representatives are just as good fast response and quick updates through email .so yes, I'm very satisfied with Advance America

Applying on Line vs. Applying in the Store
Going into the store to apply for a loan is quick and more efficient than applying on line. The staff is professional and the process is quick. I give a 5 star rating going into the store to apply for a loan and a 2 star rating applying for a loan on line.
