Not easy
I have a real need to borrow money like once a month and it was a very convenient thing. But the last 3 times I was there, they told me that they had no cash, and when I get the loan online, I don't get the money for three days, and by that time I don't really need it. So your stores not having cash, is a problem for me.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE NOW
No longer give a good grace period. Not happy about that. They go after to get they money they loan out in less than 2 weeks and they take the money out when I don't have the funds in my bank, putting me more in the minus in my bank when I asked to have a grace period when I get paid.
NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE NOW. I think they have lost me as a recurring customer.
