Getting the loan was fast and simple. The girls were super sweet! Juana was super helpful!

As far as getting the loan it’s easy peasy just have all your paperwork ready and be up front with them. They will work with people if they can. My complaint is neither of them had their masks on and in utah it is mandatory. When I went in they ran to the back and came out with masks. I’m sure they just forgot so I forgive that. My 3 stars is for the blonde woman I worked with that did nothing but complain about wearing a mask and voicing an undertone of her politics. Leave ALL that at home a workplace should be a neutral zone. She Complained about the virus and how it’s an overreaction. Over 250k dead people would disagree. When she realized I wasn’t on her side about wearing mask she basically stopped talking to me and said, “is there anything else I can help you with” Why people are so insecure about a damn mask I will never know. Get over it. Suck it up buttercup and wear a mask. It’s a simple thing that doesn’t hurt anyone. Wearing a mask won’t kill you but not wearing one could.

Advance America has always been there when we needed extra cash in emergencies and for other reasons. AA is farther away from our home, but definitely worth the drive for excellent customer service with a family feel type atmosphere! They're always willing to help you with your money needs! Rochelle the staff is very friendly,helpful,happy. When you walk in the door when Rochelle is working always has a happy smile on her face. I fell very comfortable when ever I go to the store in St.George, Utah located in the Target shopping area.

I was between jobs and I missed one pay check, I explained to the branch manager and she said ok they will give me a grace period on that payment. Two days later they deposited the check and my bank charged me $35 for Insufficient funds and my account remained in red until I got paid. When I asked the manager why the check was deposited she said payment was due and they have a job to do. They completely ignored the payment arrangement we had made.....

They are awesome always willing to go the extra mile to make their customers comfortable. I would recommend advance America because you don’t run into to many people that are always there for you.

When I see them, I know that my situation will be solved shortly. I enjoy talking with them on other matters as well. They are always there to listen.
