The lady who answered the phone was not pleasant and came off with a unpleasant vibe I was trying to update the payment to a different account and her response was very poor in my opinion

I can get money
I can get money, but I would like to do all my business at one store. Sometimes things happen. I have to go to another store to do business. But I can pay all bills at one store or pay online. On the 1st I'll pay all bills at one store. Thanks for checking into this matter Robert Reeves Jr
