Carole was kind, helpful and explained the process in full every step of the way, great customer service!!

When I went in I was immediately greeted by Faith, she is such a sweet lady. Always helpful and makes sure to explain everything in detail. I love the the interaction that Faith and Carole give when interacting with them. Would recommend 10/10.

Post Falls branch is and always will be above and beyond with helping anyone in need. Carole and Faith are wonderful at their job. I will not go to any other loan office within 60 miles of the Post Falls branch due to their family oriented way of working with clients in need of a short term advance. I am grateful for this branch and the way this company operates.

Every time I go in, everyone is always very nice. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are always very helpful.

They clearly told me what I needed to get approved. I went to the store with that paper and there was a little hiccup. They told me what was wrong and come back the next day. The next day was a breeze. I am very happy with their serviced noon

Very friendly, knowledgeable, lets me know and reminds me so I can fluently without hesitation or delay get a loan when I need it, I really do not like to get loans, but when you really and desperately need money to pay someone or business I go get money that I need to pay and only takes a few minutes and then your employees made me feel okay about receiving a loan without hassle, if only that you qualify and pay back on time and believe me they let you know what they need from you so they can serve you better, sometimes it's too easy and that could get you in trouble haha
