Customer service is great there
Customer service is great there. They will call and remind you of your payment...Very understanding and helpful if you can't make your payment. Verses other payday companies the loan process is VERY simple and fast.

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE ..…
The line was wrapped around the building as soon as you came in the door . I understand it was the 1st of the month and a Friday. The wait was an hour long . Some people advised that they had been waiting even longer . I tried to call the customer support line while I was standing in line and it hung up on me after I was on hold for 30 minutes. We got no acknowledgement when entering and their response is " they want hire anyone else". If this continue I will have to take my business elsewhere .
