I was in need of help
I was in need of help and the lady at advance America was so helpful. She made the process so easy. And they are so welcoming when you walk through the door. I would recommend Advance America to anyone who finds them selves in a pickle and needs financial help fast. I used Advance America years ago and will always use them if I need the help.

Customer service
Mindy and her office partner are always friendly and greet you with a smile. I had a problem arise with my account. Mindy called and stayed on the line until it was on the way to being fixed. She then later called me at home to let me know it was taken care of 💯 %.

The wonderful young lady that served me…
The wonderful young lady that served me was so kind and sweet. When she sound out I was a breast cancer survivor, she gave me a few breast cancer awareness items. Made me so happy! She truly made my dad! With I could remember her name…it was Owensboro Frederica Street office.
