The staff was helpful and friendly.Having this loan available made a huge difference in a week when my hours at work were cut from the tariffs and there wasn't enough left to pay bills.

I’m not going to lie the first girl I spoke to was hella cold. Came off kind of rude. But the other lady that took over redeemed some points. She was very nice. Answered all my questions. The process was smooth and quick. I will definitely be back to see them in the future if I need another loan

It's always a pleasant experience when I go there. However today I was very surprised and happy when upon greeting the representative remembered and addressed me by my first name. My last visit was in March. Great job.
