I would be in a bind if I didn't have the wonderful ladies out at Advanced America!
Not only are they there to give me money, but they are ALWAYS smiling and cheerful and polite!!!
They also listen! It's like free mental health / talk therapy....while you right a check. You can't help but leave feeling a bit better than you did walking in.
It is seriously better than any bank I've ever been in!

I have always had a good experience
I have always had a good experience. The Ladies are always friendly and gives you the information in a easy to understand way!
The only thing I would suggest is the Company having more cash available. Running low or out of cash in less than an hour of open hours should not be. The option of getting a check or putting the cash on a card is good. However, It does cause inconveniences due to certain banks not cashing the checks or having to be charged a fee when using the card.

I am disappointed that several times …
I am disappointed that several times that I have gone in to get a loan they have had no cash to pay me and my bank holds checks for at least 24 hours. This is a major in convince to me. Also Fast Cash here gives loans to people that receive their monthly benefits on a card why don't you?

Great customer service experience
Great customer service experience. It was getting close to her lunch time and i needed to run home to grab my social security card. She took a later lunch just to help me and she was very nice.
