The face to face is great, on line not so much
The face to face is great. The online isn’t. One month they took money like a debit transaction and was able to reload that same day. Another month but the money in like a debit transactions. Then took the money on due date and did it as an ACH item. So that time I had to wait four days plus weekend to reloan. Very upsetting

I have been a longtime customer
I have been a longtime customer. The Midland, Michigan office staff has always been great. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are non judgemental when you're there to receive funds. They're always courteous.

I went to the Midland Michigan store
I went to the Midland Michigan store. Chelsea was amazing from the first phone call thru the whole process. No one else would help me with a loan but Chelsea did. I didn't receive the amount I was hoping for but Chelsea did everything she could. She explained everything 100% to my understanding and I just can't tell you enough how comfortable she made me when I was feeling incredibly stressed.
I'll always be thankful for Advance America and Chelsea for helping me get a loan.

The program is great “Except”
The program is great except for a couple of things.Things happen in life and I feel you should give people a couple days grace period. Peoples payroll changes, especially if they work a job that the pay dates aren’t the same every month then there payment could be late. Other then that great service!
