My experience with Advance America in Meridian on Frontage Rd has been phenomenal! Aisha is always warm, friendly and very professional. If I have any questions, she answers them as well as find out how to answer any questions she doesn’t know the answer to. She’s patient and makes it a joy to come there to do business! I’m extremely pleased with all of my visits there!

Well I been getting loans from advance America for about 3 years now there great I just wish paying was more flexible it’s hard getting rid of some you got to pay back everytime you get paid but other then they always came through for me

The customer service at the location on Bonita Lakes Drive is five stars by itself but I am still upset about the processing of my check which the money was in my account and you got what was own to you but it shouldn’t have to take 7 days for anything to clear especially when I have documentation from bank showing you were paid. I stopped by location several times checking to see if things were okay since you got paid with documentation from bank and still it showed in your system I was still owning. These women are friendly and very helpful but your system makes it hard for them in any matter cause of things like this. I still use your services but I feel like this experience made me think twice. These women are amazing and you couldn’t have a better staff anywhere else. Ms. Bennett

The store is the best place if you need some quick cash. The staff was exceptional. So friendly and attentive. We were greeted when we walked in the door with a friendly hello. They took the information they needed and we were on our way in no time. Unfortunately, we have had to borrow cash a few times in our lives just to get by for a few days and this was by far the most positive experience we have encountered. Good job to all the ladies that were working there that day!
