The only problem I have is when I apply on line, it won't let me put my SS check date in, so sometimes it says I'm late with payment. Otherwise it goes smoothly.

Good people
I applied for a loan they took the information they needed and told me I could have a loan. They have been very polite. If you have a problem, they will talk you through it or help you with it.

The lady I spoke to in Marshalltown was the first person to reach out since the store in Newton closed and I appreciate having an actual contact person as the online people are rude and unhelpful.
