Everyone is so pleasant and helpful and its nice to be to call and amke your payment over the phone and not having to go to the office (bad thing is if you want to take it back out you have to go their - but thats understanably)

A lifetime of debt for poor people###
I feel customer service is great! But it feels like people who low and set incomes cannot get out of these types of loans. It would be nice if you could give customers a year with smaller payments to get out of this lifetime of debt.
