Friendly professional people that are always concerned about helping you get the financial assistance you require, very helpful when setting up payment dates. Definitely my new go to lending establishment when I experience unexpected out of pocket expenses. They can do direct deposit or cash in hand. I highly recommend Advance America.

When went to Advance America and I needed the money quickly because I had to send it to a family member. The ladies were so nice and helpful and made the whole process painless. You could not ask for a better staff. I was in and out which brought my stress level down. I would recommend them to people I know.

The employees are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I always have a good experience with the employees in store, in Lancaster, Ca. They call and are very nice about the reminder for your payment or any information they are calling about. I would recommend anyone I know to them.

Very nice people I love coming to advance America.

Excellent service. Bobby you rock!!!!

The assoiciates were very helpful and clearly explained all the options available in securing my loan. I definitely appreciated their cheerfulness amidst this pandemic and willingness to help me thruout the process.
I would recommend then highly if seeking your next personal loan and all of the other svcs offered.

Wow it was quick and easy , I really love that I did not have to carry out a packet of papers thank you.

Honestly super helpful had no problems loaning for the first time

The manager located at East Ave J in Lancaster CA was very rude and unprofessional with me. I needed to pay back a loan and take out another loan so the clerk that was assisting me went to ask the manager about my account. When the clerk returned with the manager the manager stated " you stormed out of here last week so we couldn't help you!" I had no idea of she was talking about? I told her that "I didn't want to argue and that I just wanted to take out a loan." I have used your services previously and have always paid back loans. But I will discontinue using services with unprofessional employees or managers like her...

Always there when I need them. I’m only problem I have with Advance America is the interest is very high.

Great customer service a lot of smiling faces.

You all are doing a good job with my payday loan but I keep getting denied for a installment loan instead of using my credit history I think you should look at how I have paid you thank you

Very professional and kind. Staff Bobbi very pleasant
