Was given the run around for 2 weeks…
Was given the run around for 2 weeks straight for trying to reapply for a loan. Never missed a payment, never been late. Been using them for over a year as well

CONSTANT PHONE CALLS, PHONE MESSAGES, AND EMAILS BEFORE THE FIRST PAYMENT IS DUE!
The Manager is nice and the transaction goes smoothly, but after that you are constantly getting phone calls and emails and messages on your phone to remind you to pay the bill before the first payment is due. Then when you call in to pay, the counter girl wants your social security number. When I refused, she easily found me by my name. She didn’t ask me for my address or phone number. I then asked her why did you ask for my social security number when you can look it up by my name? She said that it was easier. It is not a good idea to give social security numbers over the phone to anyone.
