Linda was very nice and efficient in our process. She recognized right away that I was a rookie and she was very patient and walked me through every step to where I had no questions. She made sure that I understood the regulations of this process and handled it in the most professional manner. There was a minor discrepancy with the slow system, but she was still very patient and adamant about helping me no matter how long it took.
