I applied and was approved on a Saturday and didn’t receive my funds til Tuesday- local branch mgr couldnt find my account do instead opened an installment loan at a cost of 2.5x of the disbursement- I’m now paying $700 for a $300 installment loan and a late arriving payday loan or $225 is now $275

The call center people were wonderful to speak with but the decision team was making it to hard to the they had information. Not good customers service

The service that I received at the advance America store in Kansas city was great!! Dealing with the folks there is what enticed me to go ahead and borrow money against my better judgment. I had a loan that cost me $95 over the loan amount to pay back, and I paid it back in full and 10 days and one of those 10 days the store was closed which disabled me from paying it on that day.

That's robbery and it's unfair.

So not only am I going to spread the word regarding does gross overcharge. I will never do business with advance America again. And just to be Crystal clear that's based on the staggering and overwhelming charges and fees. Frankly... it's nothing short of robbing me

My experience was absolutely Amazing!!! Ms. Tyler was a great assistance to me. She was very patient and understanding and did everything she could to get me a loan. I was approved and I am very Thankful. We need more people to take pride in customer service just like she did. Just an example I didnt know how to access my online banking and she walked me through every step on top of assisting other tasks she had to take care of. Thank you again Ms.Tyler.!! You Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!
