Best place to get the money you need. They are always there to help if you need an advance this is the place to go and the staffing are kind and polite. Usually I have a very good experience. Usually, I have no complaints or anything bad to say about this store! Well, now I do. Customer service was awful so awful I really didn’t want to go through the loan but I needed it. The young lady Kim who waited on me treated me like I had a deadly disease and was unable to understand that I understood everything she was saying. She didn’t smile she wasn’t very welcoming at all! I like this store and I drive out of my way to continue to use this store but not after this!! Regardless of the reason that I am there no one should ever be treated like that!

From start to finish, process took probably 20 minutes. It was convenient, esp since I could retrieve all necessary documents on my phone. Great job
