Last year before November 2018
Last year before November 2018, I was charged fees by my bank and AA due to employee error. My personal check was submitted on the incorrect date resulting in fees accruing by my bank and AA. I do not feel like I should’ve had to pay the fees assessed by AA because it wasn’t my fault that their records were incorrect. I ended up paying the fees because the manager at the Dunn Avenue location would not remove the fees. Aside from this, I’ve never had a problem with this location.

Customer Service
The location I use to transact my Advance America loans the personnel are not friendly.. They never greet you they never say Thank you. Its as if handling my a transaction is a inconvenience.

Advance America on Dunn is THE best!!
The ladies at the Advance America on Dunn Avenue are awesome. They were very helpful. I know when you have to get a payday loan, often times the clerks are not friendly and unprofessional....almost like they look down on you. But everyone at Advance America we friendly, extremely profession and made me feel more than comfortable. Keep it up ladies!!
