The store I go to is awesome Ms. Marasha is a reat customer service rep and very good at her job. I wish you would get installment loans . Overall a great place.

The employee was on drugs. Literally kept zoning out and “falling asleep “ while completing my loan. Will not recommend or return to this place.

Fast friendly service, just wish you had installment loans.

In September, the same person was there as this month. In September, she was 20 minutes late opening. She was dressed inappropriately. Low cut shirt as if she was going bar hopping. You could see clear down her shirt. Not business like at all. This month, same person, she was 15 minutes late opening as two of us waited in the rain. She is not the regular person. She is filling in so the regular person has a day off. I understand that.Please bring back the one who was furloughed due to covid. The regular person is wonderful and very personable as well as the one that was let go.

Marsha and the staff make the experience easy and the are very efficient and helpful. They are friendly and courteous which makes it enjoyable for the customer.

The ladies are lovely at my local branch! I enjoy going in and having excellent and speedy customer service! My only wish is for an online service to manage my loan. The ability to upload my paystub and do my transaction online would be so beneficial for those that can’t make it into the brick and mortar building. I know I wouldn’t see the lovely ladies but having the option would be spectacular.

We have been very happy with the service. They are very friendly and courteous when you come in and always great you with a smile
