All good from my perspective
All good from my perspective. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, eager to help and the most friendly dispositions I've seen at a Service Desk in a long time.
I would recommend this as a preferred office to anyone in the area, when the need arises.

Cara at the Huber Heights location was awesome
Cara at the Huber Heights location was amazing, efficient and I appreciate her good customer service skills. I was on my lunch break and she explained everything and got my stuff processed swiftly but in decency & order. I tried Fairborn location and their scanner went down midway through, but what frustrated me was the lady kept entering my info incorrectly or said ‘i thought i did that’ and had to keep re-typing stuff. I was concerned if my info was being entered correctly and on top of the scanner going down, i was not pleased they wouldnt accept paper copies and so i left and went to Huber Heights location with a great exerience.
