Waste of Time
I was not happy with the erroneous information I was given. I wasted gas and my time to go get money out to pay my loan when I was told I could pay over the phone AND in house with my debit card.

Great store
I was running behind and they were almost closed but asssisted me anyway. The person who assisted me was delightful and I was impressed with her customer service. I have almost 20 years of customer service experience and I am a supervisor in the field and she was absolutely delightful.

The customer service was very friendly
The customer service was very friendly, and fast. Everyone in the office smiles and greets you as you first appear in their sight. The employee who helped me assured me everything will be fine and I will get my loan. She made everything such an easy process and was such a big help. I would recommend this place to anyone. As long as you have the requirements, you are good to go.
