Applying for a loan on the app is a mistake..Horrible experience
Every time I apply for a loan on the app there is always issues. This time the amount I manually put in for the loan amount I did not get. I got my maximum loan amount. Which is NOT what I wanted. I received an email asking for my proof of income again. I receive SS benefits and my income amount doesn't change until next year. I received another email stating I needed to sign my loan documents AGAIN. What a nightmare!

Customer service was very enjoyable…
Customer service was very enjoyable because Helen was easy to understand and very helpful where I did not know how to do the technilogical doings to get the application completed.
I would recommend this business to any of my friends who are in need of loan.
