Outstanding customer service.
Outstanding customer service was rendered by the employee working alone Saturday, 11/2/19 at the Mack/Alter Rd. location. The employee never lost her smile/positive attitude for each customer! Thanks

Excellent Crew
The people that works for this company are just excellent. They are friendly and they keep you coming back. I just live the E. Jefferson staff especially Andre & Jacket. The Alter Rd. crew is also and excellent staff. Hate we loss Roland.
It's just one thing I cannot understand all of the good people leave to try and better themselves. But I feel when you have a good crew you need to try and keep them by offering more money or a promotion.

The staff at my Advance America are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with their business. I never am made to feel less-worthy because I need a payday loan.
I appreciate the service they give me and offer me at this office.
If I was ever asked I would not hesitate to recommend this office for a payday loan or any of the other services they offer.
