Sonya was exceptionally nice
Sonya was exceptionally nice. I had spoken with her on the phone before arriving to the location, but when I arrived she made me feel right at home like she already knew me. From that moment on all tension was gone. Not one time did she make me feel like a loan was impossible. The location atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Sonya explained the process to me step by step making it so much easier to understand. I did not feel rushed and was very satisfied with the services. THANK YOU!
