You guys closed the branch off on orange ave yet kept this one, this branch has a horrible staff and the office is so outdated I don't know what's worse no a.c or the old ass dinosaur t.v you guys have in there.

In the Chula Vista office on Broadway the representative Julisa has very excellent skills in doing her job very patient and kind to the public one main asset she has knowledge I give her tons of kudos

They are curtious polite an very fast workers

The young ladies there were fantastic good communication skills and good service can’t complain👍

All of the customer service employees are friendly, polite, helpful, understanding and professional. However, Jullissa goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your transaction. Her professionalism around customers is proven by all the returning satisfied customers. Julissa leadership is demonstrated by not only customers but her loyal co-workers who love her.

I was concerned to go to the office to take out a loan in light of the recent Covid-19 precautions but the Advance America team had people practice social distancing and made sure to clean after each customer. It was good to see them being so cautious. They also apologized for any inconvenience. Julisa, Sonya and the other lady are always so kind. Thank you!

All the staff are amazing. Excellent Customer Services from all the ladies in that office. They make me feel very secure and comforter when they speak in Spanish to me. They always provided me directions, they read me the policy, they gave me straight to the point instructions. Two thumbs up to them!!
