My bank's online service was down and on forever hold. A representative at your Chiefland, FL location named Viola quickly found an alternate number and was able to process the transaction in a matter of a few minutes. Very impressed with your organization.

The staff at Advance America were very friendly and professional. My husband and I were at the point that we didn't know what we were going to do for money. The customer service represent was…
The customer service represent was extremely rude. The rep that was actually assisting me was very sweet and it seemed as though she was being trained. My experience with her was excellent and I'm truly hoping she was training to replace the middle aged dark frizzy haired lady with glasses. This happened on Saturday after 4:30pm. The other employees have always been so helpful and sweet. Ive been using this service for years with Advance Cash America and I'd like to continue to in the future but not if I'm going to be belittled or degraded by their minimum wage reps.
