The complete staff were super sweet professional, and helpful.
I'm 70 and not good with technology. They have a team of people in different locations that will spend as much time as necessary until they help you through. Advance America is the best!!!

No one ever offers other options or services that could help me borrow more or make my experience with you more meaningful. In my business my long time, trustworthy customers, are offered the best I can do for them in appreciation for their lasting commitment to our mutual welfare. If your online system was working in South Carolina like it should be, I would not have to go to the store to do things like update my address and earnings, or apply for a pay day loan. I have to usually wait an extra day with some appointments because of COVID-19 and having to make an appointment. PLEASE get your system updated so that clients in South Carolina may simply go online to loan and update. Thank you for this opportunity to express my experiences.

Thank you for providing a fast and convenient way to meet my immediate financial needs. After my first visit, I have found that I only need to enter with my ID and my check book to renew my loan. I am usually out the door in 5 minutes on my subsequent visits.
