The manager was very polite
The manager was very polite and answered all of my questions. After leaving the store, I tried to set up my online access. There was a problem when I tried to log in with my old password. After contacting customer service, I was finally able to create a new account and log in. The customer service rep was extremely courteous and helped me with my problem. I was even able to make an additional draw on my line of credit online and the funds were deposited in my account the next day. I am very happy with the service and the people. Thank you.

I'm always very pleased with the…
I'm always very pleased with the service at Advanced America. I try to deal with one person when I go because I feel that they get to know who we are and perhaps know we are people to trust. I usually talk with Chris at the Main St. office. I called Chris to let him know I would be coming by that day. He always remembers me and listens to what I might ramble on about. I'm very please with his service and attitude.

This transaction was messed up due to…
This transaction was messed up due to miss communications..I asked for check the rep didn’t hear and put deposit into my already overdrawn account which in turn the bank kept the money so that transaction was a bust now I owe you plus what the money was originally borrowed for didn’t get paid.
