I was hesitant to start a remodeling project because of budget concerns but John at ADU helped us figure out what made sense for our situation. They didn’t push us to do more than we needed. We ended up with a kitchen update in our home that looks incredible and stayed within budget. Honest, professional and genuinely cares about the customer. Rare find in this.
My husband and I had been looking at our backyard for months trying to figure out how an ADU could actually fit without making the whole yard feel cramped. The property review helped put things into perspective. Instead of just showing us a pretty ADU design, they looked at the property itself and how the available space could be used. We got a much better sense of what could work and what would still need to be checked. That made the project feel much more realistic instead of just being an idea we kept talking about.
